Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of CanForm ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: July 5, 2026.

1. Description of the Service

The Service is a Chrome extension that supports outreach through company contact forms. It provides features for form discovery, AI-generated message content, automatic form filling, submission, and result tracking.

2. Responsible use

You agree to use the Service responsibly, and in particular to observe the following.

  • Do not submit to sites that explicitly state they do not accept sales inquiries.
  • Do not use the Service in a way that places undue burden on recipients, such as rapid, high-volume submissions in a short period.
  • Comply with applicable laws and each target site's terms of use regarding message content, targets, and sending frequency.
  • Use dry-run mode (no submission) to verify content the first time you use the Service or whenever you change settings.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to do any of the following.

  • Spam, indiscriminate mass submission, or other abusive conduct.
  • Submit false information or content that misrepresents the sender.
  • Use the Service for purposes that violate applicable law or public order and morals.
  • Infringe on the rights of third parties.
  • Use the Service's technical mechanisms for improper purposes such as bypassing CAPTCHA.

4. Pricing

The Service is free to use up to a daily run limit, and a paid plan (¥5,000/month) removes that limit. AI provider API usage is billed directly to you by the provider through your own API key and is not included in the Service's price. See the pricing page for details.

5. Disclaimer

The Service does not guarantee outreach outcomes, the accuracy of AI-generated message content, submission success, or compliance with any country's laws or any site's terms of use. Selecting outreach targets, message content, and compliance with laws and terms of use are entirely your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Legal notices required for the paid plan (such as seller information, address, contact details, price, payment method, and refund/cancellation policy under applicable commercial transaction law) will be provided separately. Please contact us via the contact page for details.
