This Privacy Policy describes how CanForm ("the Service") handles information collected through this website and the CanForm Chrome extension. Last updated: July 5, 2026.

1. Basic policy

The Service respects user privacy and handles personal information and user data appropriately. We do not collect user information beyond what is necessary for operating the Service.

2. Data handling in the Chrome extension

The CanForm extension handles data according to the following policy.

  • Your outreach details, AI settings, company list, and run state are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local and IndexedDB) in principle.
  • This data is used only to provide the Service's functionality, such as form filling and autonomous outreach.
  • The Service operator does not collect this locally stored data except where necessary to provide the Service's functionality.

3. How API keys are handled

API keys you register for an AI provider (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google) are used only from the extension's background service worker. They are never passed to content scripts injected on a web page. Using AI features involves communication with each provider's API, and that provider's own privacy policy and terms of use apply.

4. Use of external services

The Service may use the following external services. Each service's own privacy policy governs how it handles data.

  • AI providers (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google) — for message generation, form-discovery judgment, and opt-out detection
  • Payment processing (Stripe) — for paid plan purchases
  • Analytics tools — to understand site usage (if used)

5. Information about the companies you contact

Data submitted through the outreach features, and information about the companies you contact, must be managed appropriately at your own responsibility. Selecting outreach targets, message content, and compliance with applicable laws are your own responsibility.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website may use analytics tools to improve the site. Any information collected by these tools is used in aggregate, non-identifying form.

7. Changes to this policy

The Service may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Updated content takes effect once posted on this page.
